Our Five-phase approach

Define the change (2).png

An OE engagement means that we are going to dig deep, laugh a lot, and work through some real challenges to help you achieve the progress you are looking for.

Change isn't easy but it is possible.

Here is how we do it

1.

DEFINE THE CHANGE

To get you where you want to be, we must first define what success looks like.

Using creative group exercises and some real-talk conversations we'll define your North Star and
build up the enthusiasm and positive energy needed to
make change happen.

2.

ASSESS YOUR ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS

Using a mix of surveys, stakeholder interviews, operational analysis, and financial review we assess what parts of your operation are aligned with your vision and where there may be blind spots.

It's not always pretty but you've got to understand where you are if you are get to where you want to be.

3.

CREATE YOUR CHANGE STRATEGY

Now comes the fun part. We take everything we discovered and work with you to map a clear and actionable strategy to maximize your strengths and address any gaps.

Using our team of Affiliate Partners you have access to a powerful team of experts who provide support just where you need it. No huge overhead but all of the benefit of a  C-Suite team.

4.

EXECUTE

This may all sound pretty typical up to this point. A consultant comes in, tells you what you need to fix, and hits the road. Not at OE.

We've found that the execution stage is the most critical step in the process. We can provide as little or as much support as you need from monthly check-ins to embedded interim roles.

5.

SUSTAIN MOMENTUM

Now we celebrate! Problems solved!   Well... kind of...

There was no point to all of that hard work if we slip back into our old ways in a few months. OE sticks with you to make sure that the Leadership team has support and the Supporting team has leadership.
